Completing the timeless Cartier aesthetic are the railroad-style inner minute track and the secret Cartier signature at VII. The watch is powered by the automatic caliber 1847 MC with a 42-hour power reserve. Its steel bracelet can easily be changed to a leather strap via Cartier’s QuickSwitch system.
